Tezikiah (Tez) Gabriel  (PATHWAYS TO PEACE  •  GABRIEL ASSOCIATES) is a peacebuilder, visionary leader, organizational consultant, and ordained minister dedicated to awakening the possibility of a more peaceful and connected world. She is the Executive Director of Pathways To Peace (PTP), a UN Peace Messenger Organization with Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and association with the UN Department of Global Communications.

For more than 33 years, Tez has been the founder and Senior Consultant of Gabriel Associates, helping mission-driven organizations and leaders transform cultures, strengthen their impact, and create sustainable pathways for meaningful change. Her work lives at the intersection of organizational transformation, peacebuilding, spirituality, and human potential.

As an ordained minister, Tez also conducts interfaith and intercultural ceremonies and creates spaces that invite people to discover and “Empower the Divine Within Each of Us.” Whether working with global peace initiatives, organizational leaders, or individuals, she inspires us to see beyond what is – sand to recognize what becomes possible when we choose connection over division, courage over fear, and peace as a way of being.

At the heart of Tez’s work is a powerful belief: each of us is a pathway to Peace. And when we recognize our shared humanity and act together, we have the power to change our world.
